In the framework of the European Week of Creativity and Innovation, which takes place in Luxembourg from 9 May to 17 May 2009, I will be presenting a Product and Service Innovation Workshop moderate. Entrepreneurs will work out concepts together with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY™ to develop value-adding new and competitive products together with their customers in these unstable times. The workshop is based on the thesis that only those companies will survive the current crisis that manage to open up to their customers, partners and suppliers, that a real dialogue and thus also a fruitful cooperation can develop, from which value-creating products and services emerge that really inspire customers.
