We have spent the last 3 months evaluating the experiences from our workshops with clients and extracting and condensing the best practices, designs and approaches. From small group facilitation with 5 participants to large group facilitation with 350 participants, from workshops on conflict resolution in teams, strategy development, project launch, community building, developing a culture of innovation, designing new services or developing a new independent leadership culture, everything has been there in the last two years. The result is this new 3-day training. It is the essence of our experience, enriched with a dose of current research and practical advice.
StrategicPlay is a unique concept of system-oriented teamwork for understanding, penetrating and solving complex problems and decision-making situations.
