We are StrategicPlay®, the first Lead Partner in Germany to train LEGO® Serious Play® according to the official curriculum.

Strategic Play® is a brand of Hoffmann Consulting, created in 2006 after a LEGO® Serious Play® workshop in which we strategically prepared our new LEGO® Serious Play® partnership with LEGO® A/S.

Thanks to our work in various creative communities around the world, we have built up a high level of expertise with a unique mix for strategic co-creation.

Through our active participation in the Advisory Board for LEGO® Serious Play®, together with the other Master Trainers, we have been ensuring a consistent standard of training and quality worldwide since 2010. Over the years, we have consolidated our experience around the best practices, designs and approaches.

StrategicPlay® offers LEGO® Serious Play® training worldwide. And because we meet many fit people there, we want to pass on our knowledge and methods. So that there are more good - because productive - meetings. So that tasks lose their complexity and project backlogs dissolve. So that creativity can emerge and ideas can grow. And so that companies realise that teams can find amazingly sustainable solutions through playful methods of strategy development.

We want our clients to recognise and make the most of their creative potential. For us, creativity is a process, not a talent. That's why we firmly believe that everyone is creative.
