We are StrategicPlay®, as the first lead partner in Germany we train LEGO® Serious Play® according to the official curriculum.

Strategic Play® is a brand of Hoffmann Consulting, created in 2006 after a LEGO® Serious Play® workshop in which we strategically prepared our new LEGO® Serious Play® partnership with LEGO® A/S.

Thanks to our work in various creative communities around the world, we have built up and expanded a high level of expertise with a unique mix for strategic co-creation.

Through our active participation in the Advisory Board for LEGO® Serious Play®, we have been working with other Master Trainers since 2010 to ensure a uniform global training and quality standard. Over the years, we have consolidated our experience around the best practices, designs and procedures.

StrategicPlay® offers LEGO® Serious Play® training courses worldwide. And because we meet many fit people there, we want to pass on our knowledge and methods. So that there are more good – and productive – meetings. So that tasks lose their complexity and project backlogs are resolved. So that creativity emerges and ideas can grow. And so that companies realize that teams can find amazingly viable solutions through playful methods for strategy development.

We want our customers to recognize their creative potential and make the most of it. For us, creativity is a process, not a talent. That’s why we firmly believe that everyone is creative.
