What is LEGO® Serious Play®

Expand your moderation skills.

With the LEGO® Serious Play® method, you can support teams in team building, change projects, strategy definition, innovation projects, retrospectives or visioning, among other things. We use LEGO® models to playfully encourage new ideas, improve communication and accelerate problem solving. With our training, you will learn the method and, as a certified trainer, you will be able to moderate your own workshops.

You don’t have to get training right away. We will develop an individual workshop for you in which we will tackle challenges together creatively.

We make your strategy come alive! Start with a shared, “tangible” vision, a valuable basis for successfully tackling the project. Together we focus on the challenges that need to be overcome in order to live the vision and implement it. You set off with concrete agreements and next steps, also with our further co-creative support.

innovation

We get the most out of your creative potential! Live our motto “There is more to it!” so that you can leave the status quo behind and redesign challenges: from ambitious visions to solution sketches to concrete activities. In experiments, you validate the chances of success of your new solutions, in the spirit of the “Lean Startup” approach.

The LEGO® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator Training (3.5 days) provides you with the necessary basics and methods to develop and moderate your own workshops.

  • Experience and learn the complete LEGO® Serious Play® process for team and strategy on the first 3 training days
  • Test and complete what you have learned on the fourth day by designing and leading your first workshop

LEGO® Serious Play® In-house Basic Training

With the Basic Training you can support teams with your own workshops on team building, retrospectives, strategy definition or innovation, among other things.

What to expect:

  • A small team of 4 to 8 participants
  • Discover the high innovation potential for meetings and workshops and learn how to use it
  • Familiarize the participants with the method with a special warm-up
  • Work with the team on a specific, current problem and gain new insights and solutions
  • You will learn how participants prototype and present their thinking models on complex problems using LEGO®
  • Lay the foundation to expand your moderation skills with a new method that gets to the heart of the problem, creates innovative solutions and makes implementation more effective
  • You test and complete what you have learned by designing and leading your first workshop

  • The participants of our training can expect a dynamic alternation between theory, practical implementation and reflection of what has been learned

With our online Basic Facilitator Training, you can learn from home how to moderate your own workshops with LEGO®. Learn how to use digital tools and the digital framework of the training for your own workshops.

What to expect:

  • Including free coaching session and retrospective by arrangement. We will discuss your workshop draft or open questions

LEGO® Serious Play® Inhouse Certified Facilitator Training

Our in-house trainings are worthwhile with just 4 participants.

  • We can hold closed training sessions at a location of your choice. All we need is a lot of space. You can also do your training in our CoCreACT® Space
  • For in-house training in our CoCreACT® Space, the price includes:
    • the implementation of the training,
    • training materials,
    • Snacks during breaks and lunch on training days.
  • We will provide the special LEGO® Serious Play® material for the duration of the training. This content may vary if you book a closed training at a location of your choice. The respective offer conditions apply.
  • StrategicPlay® trainings are very intensive and have a high practical component, therefore the group size in the open trainings is limited to a maximum of 8 participants
  • We can also offer company-specific (closed) training with several trainers and therefore for larger groups. Due to the high level of interactivity of the method, we need at least four participants to ensure learning success
