Certified LEGO® Serious Play® training.

Learn to develop and moderate your own workshops using the LEGO® Serious Play® method.

Expand your moderation skills.

With the LEGO® Serious Play® method, you can support teams in team building, change projects, strategy definition, innovation projects, retrospectives or visioning, among other things. We use LEGO® models to playfully encourage new ideas, improve communication and accelerate problem solving. With our training, you will learn the method and, as a certified trainer, you will be able to moderate your own workshops.

1. Choose your desired training

In our trainings you will learn how to use the method in your own workshops.

2. Would you rather book a workshop?

You don’t have to get training right away. We will develop an individual workshop for you in which we will tackle challenges together creatively.

strategy

We make your strategy come alive! Start with a shared, “tangible” vision, a valuable basis for successfully tackling the project. Together we focus on the challenges that need to be overcome in order to live the vision and implement it. You set off with concrete agreements and next steps, also with our further co-creative support.

innovation

We get the most out of your creative potential! Live our motto “There is more to it!” so that you can leave the status quo behind and redesign challenges: from ambitious visions to solution sketches to concrete activities. In experiments, you validate the chances of success of your new solutions, in the spirit of the “Lean Startup” approach.

Change

When it comes to bringing values, a new corporate culture or strategy to life, our co-creative expertise offers ideal support. By working together to shape how the new plans can be put into practice, we quickly turn vague ideas into concrete ideas. Abstract things become comprehensible, and the shared understanding releases energy and creates a spirit of optimism. We use this energy straight away and won’t let you go without experiments with which you can start the change. We are happy to support you on your way with regular sprints.

team

Teams need two factors to work together successfully: Firstly, they have an ambitious vision of what they want to achieve. At the same time, they have a common understanding of what is important for successful cooperation and who contributes what. We help with this big step from ME to WE and bring teams into their shared future with momentum.

Catrin Schreiber
Lego® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator Training - October 2019
"Thank you again for the great training, the extensive materials and the starter kit! Since I was so enthusiastic about the well-structured process and your training concept, I immediately followed the impulse and registered for the CoCreACT® training in January. My colleague (..) was a bit "jealous" after our last exchange or brainstorming session on a workshop design. She had done her LSP Certified Facilitator training elsewhere and noticed that your training input (including the great material) is much more substantial, especially in terms of background information, the workshop design and the facilitator tips, and that the insights from the training are clearly noticeable! That's a compliment :-). By the way, I'm particularly grateful to you for pointing out that the warm-ups can also be used as part of the task clarification - that really kills several birds with one stone!"
Oliver Winter
Lego® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator Training - October 2019
"I can recommend the Lego® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator Training to anyone who is interested in developing visions and strategies in a playful but serious way. Personally, the training gave me many new, surprising insights for my work with product teams. I'm really excited to see how it works in real life, so I'm particularly pleased about your offer of a coaching session!"
