Generally

  • workshop: Here we work together on your projects or challenges. The focus is on the content work, not on learning our methods.
  • Training : In our trainings, such as for LEGO® Serious Play® or CoCreACT®, you will learn the methods to apply them yourself in workshops.

Yes, our certification meets the standards that we set in 2010 in collaboration with LEGO® and other trainers as part of the LEGO® Serious Play® Training Advisory Board. It includes teaching and practicing the various LEGO® Serious Play® processes, the concept of real-time strategy and lasts at least three days. Our certification training meets these requirements, is coordinated with LEGO® and guarantees comprehensive and in-depth training.

Training courses that promise full certification in less than three days are not serious and do not meet the established standards. They cannot adequately convey the complex content and processes of LEGO® Serious Play®.

LEGO® Serious Play® is a co-creative group process specializing in the development of strategies and visions. Teams present their ideas, thought models and visions for a complex project using LEGO® models.

CoCreACT® is a complete co-creative process. We developed it ourselves to replace or supplement the LEGO® Serious Play® process. While LEGO® Serious Play® focuses on envisioning complex challenges, CoCreACT® can be used to tackle any complicated or complex challenge. In addition, new solutions are not only identified, but also designed and implemented iteratively. We offer facilitator training and interactive workshops for both LEGO® Serious Play® and CoCreACT®.

With CoCreACT®, new solutions are not only identified, but also designed and implemented iteratively. We offer facilitator training and interactive workshops for both LEGO® Serious Play® and CoCreACT®.

Yes, we offer both workshops and trainings online, including the specially developed vision workshop “CoCreACT® Your Futures”. Our basic and taster trainings are also available online.

Yes, we offer our trainings and workshops in English upon request, both online and in person.

Our classroom trainings take place in our great CoCreACT® Space in the Afrikahaus in beautiful Hamburg. We do the online trainings with Zoom and Miro.

LEGO® Serious Play®

LEGO® Serious Play® is a group process for developing strategies and visions. Teams present their ideas, thought models and visions for a complex project using LEGO® models.

LEGO® Serious Play® is suitable for designing complex projects. Above all, it requires creative freedom. It is less suited to “How do we get from A to B” and more to “What could B look like?” In concrete terms, we use the method for team optimization, for designing target images and visions for teams, organizations, corporate culture, service or product innovation and much more.

  • LEGO® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator Training : Duration 3.5 days; full certification of the LEGO® Serious Play® method with certificate.
  • LEGO® Serious Play® Basic Training : Teaching the basic steps and principles of LEGO® Serious Play® without a certificate.
  • LEGO® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator Training : 3.5 days (in-person only)
  • LEGO® Serious Play® Basic Training : half day (virtual) or one day (in person)
  • LEGO® Serious Play® trial session : two hours (virtual)

We limit the number of participants to 8 in order to provide ideal learning conditions. More than 8 participants would otherwise be too strenuous for those present, as we are running several LEGO® Serious Play® workshops.

CoCreACT®

CoCreACT® is our own co-creative process, especially suited to these uncertain and challenging times. With CoCreACT®, any complicated or complex challenge can be tackled to identify, design and implement new possibilities. For both LEGO® Serious Play® and CoCreACT®, we offer facilitator training and interactive workshops.

  • CoCreACT® Certified Facilitator Training : 3 days (in-person only)
  • CoCreACT® Basic Training : half day (virtual) or one day (in person)
  • CoCreACT® trial session : 2 hours (virtual)

Our upper limit is 10 participants in order to provide ideal learning conditions.
